Support the Category Manager Direct Spend Support Material Planners and Stock Managers in case of operational escalation Take over responsibility for smaller local categories Contribute to achieve the defined annual savings and cost avoidance targets Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc. Data maintenance (e.g., lead times, material object codes) Execute and support RfXs and quotation evaluations Plan and execute smaller purchasing projects upon instruction Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders Qualifications

≥2 years experience in a similar position within direct procurement Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience in daily business (administration, order and dunning process) MS Office required; experience in SAP-MM and eProcurement is an advantage Experience in the execution of RfXs and quotation evaluations Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training Education as “Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education” is an advantage Comfortable in a complex and fast-moving environment Good social competence and teamwork Proactive attitude and ability to work independently A workplace that matters: What we offer
