Project manager infrastructure IT

The client IT Department is organized around Shared Service Lines that deliver global services to all group entities.

The Infrastructure Shared Service Line (known as SLS Infrastructure) of the client Group IT Department provides services relating to the public cloud (AWS and Azure) and network (interconnection network for entities, secure connection of third parties to the client network, and global network services such as DNS, IPAM or remote connection for mobile or teleworking employees).

We are looking an experienced rollout Project Manager to lead network projects (Deployment of 400 sites in SD-WAN/ZBBFW and 500 sites with LAN/WiFi/NAC).

Reporting to the head of Projects, you will be responsible for all aspects of the projects. Responsibilities include managing scope, planning, cost, technical resources, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets its goals within the specified timeline and budget.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT infrastructure (SDWAN, LAN, WIFI, NAC), is well‑versed in project management methodologies, and has a proven track record in leading infrastructure projects to successful completion.

Tasks

Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to closure

Develop project scopes, work packages and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Create a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

Manage baseline/actual project cost

Manage project resources

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget

Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Ensure compliance with company policies and governance

Requirements

Proven work experience as an rollout Project Manager or similar role

Solid technical foundation with hands‑on experience in networking

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and project management principles

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills

PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 or similar certification would be an advantage

English fluent
