Competitive pay and equity.

Salaries vary by location: £151,436‑£250,512 in London and €145,430‑€240,330 elsewhere in Europe, with rapid growth tied to experience and impact. Permanent contracts may include equity at a discounted price. Italy relocation may offer a 50% tax cut.

Commitment & contract Permanent or fixed‑term. Full‑time.

Location Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries.

The selection process If you pass our screening, you’ll complete tests designed to assess your approach to unfamiliar problems. Successful candidates are then invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and do not extend an offer until we are convinced we have found the right candidate.
