Overview

OMS / Fluent store - Product Owner (F/H) – Christian Dior Couture. Position: Product Owner for the OMS (Order Management System) pod, leading a team of external partners and collaborating closely with project managers and key users. In an Agile context (across Supply, Retail and e-Commerce), you are the guarantor of the product commitments and contribute to project success. Responsibilities

Responsible for the functional vision of the product. Prioritize deliveries in alignment with digital transformation, retail and supply chain teams. Ensure adherence to prioritization and track product deliveries. Run and maintain operational readiness of the product systems. Define processes and needs with the business (digital, supply chain and retail) and specify requirements for affected products in a transversal view. Evaluate feasible technological solutions with system architects. Define the roadmap in integration with other major transformation programs. Anticipate technical-functional needs, recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs and standard solution capabilities. Collaborate with all product teams (Supply Chain, retail, digital) and IT to ensure availability, performance and security of tools. Ensure scope, deadlines, budget and high quality of deliverables. Coordinate cost estimations and specifications during scoping/design phases. Lead the realization phase and arbitrate technical solutions and choices. Support testing of implemented solutions. Coordinate integration work of projects. Qualifications

Diploma or higher with 8+ years of OMS experience in retail or luxury sectors. Proficiency with OMS FLUENT commerce (or a similar solution). Experience in an Agile(SAFE) environment and knowledge of support models. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional information
