# Junior BDR UK/US (Business development representative)## Corma is hiring!## Job Description* Promptly follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to ensure no lead is left behind.* Gain a deep understanding of the GTM industry and key personas (Head of IT, CIO, CTO, CISO) to identify problems and use cases that Corma can solve.* Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the correct information to win the deal.* Provide structured feedback to our CEO (and then our future Lead Sales) on signals, workflows, and plays to help us improve Corma's Go To Market motion based on real-life testing.Join us and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of startups, where you'll gain unparalleled exposure to entrepreneurship and work closely with our experienced founders in a flat hierarchy.
