About the job We are looking for a

Senior SAP Basis Administrator

with at least

15 years of experience

managing large-scale, complex SAP landscapes. The selected professional will take ownership of advanced technical activities, performance optimization, architectural improvements, and mentoring of junior team members, in coordination with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead installations, patching, and upgrades of SAP environments.

Advanced HANA administration, including high availability and replication.

Monitor and optimize Oracle/HANA DB and SAP system performance.

Define and document SAP Basis standards and SOPs.

Conduct root cause analysis and handle major incident resolution.

Interface with SAP support and manage service requests (OSS notes, keys, etc.).

Propose and implement technical improvements and architecture enhancements.

Mentor junior administrators and participate in knowledge transfer processes.

Collaborate on system sizing, transport strategy, and change management.

What we are looking for

Minimum 15 years of SAP Basis and HANA administration experience.

Expertise with SAP products: ECC, BO, PI, Portal, SolMan, Fiori, GRC, IDM, etc.

4+ years with Oracle databases; 2+ years with Linux OS.

Strong background in global SAP implementations and mission-critical systems.

Solid knowledge of SAP security and network infrastructure.

Experience with change management and SAP landscape governance.
