Purpose of the job
The Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Regional Account Director to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. The individual must be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long‑term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans. The perfect candidate will have either senior agency experience and production management experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships.
As Senior Account Manager You Will Be Responsible For
Delivering operational excellence
Delivering effective growth strategies and managing the opportunities for these clients
Managing and developing key client relationships
Managing and owning the project cycle and leading the pitch
Achieve and excel growth targets
You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of communication with existing clients and developing relationships and ways of working with new clients. You will coordinate and liaise with the global team and operations team to deliver your objectives.
You will be a confident “self-starter” with excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients. Strong client‑facing and presentation skills are essential as is a strategic brain and the ability to question the norm and look outside the box.
This role can be based anywhere in Europe on a blended working model.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively find opportunities to maximise delivery for the brand and drive this opportunity with clients.
Work with the Regional Account Director and strategic sourcing to deliver the best solutions, and influence client thinking to produce outstanding results.
Possess an intuitive understanding of agency operations and direct strategy, leading the team through day‑day activities.
Attend WIPs and meetings, take and influence key briefs from clients, demonstrate a clear understanding of requirements and cascade to local teams globally.
Deliver excellent service to clients with a professional “can do” attitude at all times.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts.
Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Strong client service experience and a proven record of building credible senior‑level customer relationships.
Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience.
Good understanding of Marketing Services concepts.
Naturally builds and maintains rapport with clients.
Comfortable analysing and interpreting financial data and producing accurate reports.
Works collaboratively with others to pursue team goals.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Takes a logical and systematic approach to work.
Takes a flexible approach to work and encourages others to do so.
Strong negotiation and consensus‑building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members.
Ability to understand current or changing business strategy and participate in delivering it.
Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving and cross‑group collaboration skills.
Strong presentation skills, able to present convincingly to a senior audience.
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
