We are looking for a
Ho CSS Aftermarket Supply Chain
to come onboard in our
Customer Support & Services (CSS) Directorate
a team of more than
30
collaborators!

Your Mission
Overall Leadership of the CSS Aftermarket Supply Chain by defining the strategy and objectives for the four pillars and aligning them with CSS priorities. Driving daily/weekly/monthly performance (OTD, TAT, stock performance, cost indicators) and ensure a high spare and serviceable parts availability to support Customer operations.
The four pillars of the position are:
Spare Parts Sourcing
Secure and optimize supply of spare parts
Manage suppliers’ performance (OTD, On-Quality, on costs).
Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, Partners and brokers.
Define and monitor performance improvement and recovery plan
Anticipate crisis and optimize manufacturing capacity based on demand
Improve resilience of the Supply Chain by identifying innovative solutions
Repair Management
Manage the MRO network
Monitor TAT performance including but not limited to transportation lead time, Shop processing time, time to quote, etc.
Lead investigations and root cause analyses for equipment issues, in line with ATR methodologies used in other technical departments
Define and monitor performance recovery plan
Manage repair costs to ensure long-term profitability of ATR Services business case
Manage Services Providers contractual to ensure business continuity
Build and develop Supplier relationship based on partnership
Inventory Management
Dimension stock levels (safety stock, forward located inventory).
Be accountable for capacity planning to support customer demand and foster Spare Parts sales.
Monitor availability across worldwide CSS centers and warehouses.
Coordinate forecasting, allocation, and customer prioritization.
Balance availability and stock value by reducing excess, slow movers, and obsolescence
Place investments to support the growth of Customer Services activities
Cost Base & Economics
Monitor and optimize repair and obsolescence costs.
Build and defend budgets, business cases, and cost improvement plans.
Contribute to CSS commercial offerings (PBH, pooling, leasing) through economic analysis.
Challenge suppliers to improve total cost of ownership (COO).
Define best Services Workscope to ensure the best reliability and the best costs and best quality.
Additionally, as Ho CSS Aftermarket Supply Chain your missions are:
Cross Functional Activities
Interface with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales organizations.
Collaborate with ATR’s global CSS network (APAC–AMER–EMEA).
Support customer reviews, commercial campaigns, escalations, and crisis situations.
Ensure compliance with ATR standards, documentation requirements, and airworthiness processes (aligned with ATR’s focus on regulatory compliance in technical missions).
Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and innovation initiatives in line with ATR’s innovation culture.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, develop and coach a team of 4 managers leading approx. 30 people,
Allocate responsibilities, define annual targets, and monitor performances,
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, agility and data‑driven decision making.
About you
Leadership & Core Competencies
Master degree level (Business, Supply Chain, MRO or Aeronautics)
8-10+ years in supply chain, inventory, procurement, MRO within aerospace, transportation or technical environment,
Proven experience managing Suppliers in aftermarket environment
High operational rigor and analytical capability.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and take decisions
Negotiation excellence and high resilience under operational pressure.
Analytical mindset, problem‑solving approach, and strategic thinking.
Exemplary and collaborative leadership.
Strong customer focused mindset.
Advanced knowledge of aerospace aftermarket supply chain environments.
Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive performance and resolve complex operational issues.
Languages:
English – negotiation level
French – negotiation level
Italian or third language would be a plus

Vos missions
En tant que Ho CSS Aftermarket Supply Chain votre rôle sera de définir la stratégie et les objectifs pour les quatre grands piliers pour lesquels vous serez responsable, tout en assurant l’alignement avec les priorités de la direction CSS. A ce titre, vous piloterez de façon journalière/hebdomadaire et mensuelle la performance des opérations (OTD, TAT, stock performance, cost indicators) et ainsi assurer un taux de disponibilité accrue des pièces de rechange afin de servir au mieux les opérations de nos Clients.
Les quatres grands piliers sous votre responsabilité seront:
Approvisionnement des pièces de rechanges:
Sécuriser et optimiser l’approvisionnement des pièces de rechange
Piloter et garantir la performance fournisseur (OTD, OQD, Costs)
Piloter les relations stratégiques avec les OEM, Partenaires et indépendants
Définir et mesurer la pertinence des plans d’amélioration de performance et les plans de retour à l’heure
Anticiper les crises en optimisant les capacités de productions basées sur notre besoin
Améliorer la résilience de la chaine d’approvisionnement en proposant des solutions innovantes
Management de la réparation d’équipements
Pilote le réseau de réparateurs (MRO)
Piloter la performance TAT allant du transport, délais de réparation, délais de cotation, etc.
Gérer les investigations techniques et analyses de cause racine de défaillance des équipements en ligne avec la méthodologie ATR
Assurer une maitrise des couts de réparation afin de pérenniser les activités commerciales
Construire et entretenir des relations avec nos fournisseurs basées sur le partenariat
