Our HR Operations team is an integral function that provides support to our employee population across EMEA and constitutes our front‑line expertise supporting Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy through providing a best‑in‑class experience to our employees.

Our Senior HR Operations Specialists focus on operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, time‑planning, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high autonomy environment with minimal supervision.

Please note that we are hiring for 1 position that can be based in Amsterdam or Paris; for either location the successful candidate must be fluent in French and English.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and document requests, providing accurate guidance in line with HR policies and laws; manage end‑to‑end HR transactions (onboarding, transfers, terminations, data changes, etc.) while ensuring timely, high‑quality resolutions and adherence to service level agreements

Onboard and train (new) team members while also serving as an escalation point for complex queries, coaching and guiding the team to improve performance and work quality

Handle complex tickets/escalations and HR data analysis/management

Analyse employee contact and ticket trends to drive process improvements, leading projects that streamline operations, enhanced self‑service options, and reduced inbound inquiries for a better employee experience

Ensure HR operational processes and policies are accurately documented, compliant with employment laws, and supported by well‑maintained HR systems through collaboration with system support teams to drive continuous improvement and meet business needs

Identify opportunities to drive projects that streamline, standardize, and encourage self‑serve within the employee journey

Support and occasionally lead regional, cross‑functional, and cross‑regional projects and complex auditing activities, collaborating with wider HR teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all employee processes

What You’ll Bring

Experience in HR operations/administration and strong knowledge of HR processes and systems

Experience in owning compliance‑related topics and performing necessary audits

Experience in project management

Enthusiastic, proactive, and solution‑focused attitude with strong critical thinking skills

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy while effectively navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Business fluency in English and French required. Knowledge of French and/or Luxembourg labour law is a plus
