GenAI Engineer - Research Solutions

ABOUT THE ROLE As a GenAI Engineer at CFM, you will be part of a team focused on enhancing our research capabilities through innovative AI solutions. You will engage with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to projects that automate and optimize complex processes within our research framework. You will : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within our existing infrastructure. Gather, analyze, and specify requirements , managing the development and deliverables of AI projects. Explore LLMs and agentic frameworks

to turn academic papers into code. Leverage practical experience in AI technologies and frameworks , such as knowledge graphs, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI, to enhance AI capabilities. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. What You’ll Bring Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with complex software projects or data pipelines. Hands-on experience with LLMs , agentic frameworks, RAG and vector database integration Familiarity with key libraries and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenSearch, and Transformers Strong analytical skills for interpreting and transforming complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Innovative mindset with a passion for AI and the drive to explore and implement forward-thinking solutions. No prior finance experience is needed , as relevant industry knowledge can be acquired through training and collaboration.
