Responsibilities

Support the Knowledge Exchange (KE) Team in organising large‑scale events and various KE initiatives.

Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Occasional work outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required.

Qualifications

Good Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years full‑time administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary institution, public organization or NGO.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

IT competency with proficiency in MS Office.

Outstanding presentation, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and be a good team player, self‑starter with a positive attitude.

Attentive to detail.

Preference for those with solid experience in programme administration and event management.

The post is on a two‑year fixed‑term basis with contract‑end gratuity and a University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of the basic salary, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
