IT Operations Manager M/F

Job Description Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a IT Operations Manager (f/m) to join our DCT Digital for TechData based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges IT Operation specialist (Run mode) on applications :

Incidents tracking, follow‑up and escalation (follow‑up meeting, escalation to management, crisis meeting)

Ensure that incidents process is correctly applied in the PSL and process improvements (Awareness, Audits)

Regular meetings with L2 and L3 support teams.

Provide KPIs and analysis.

Report to management major risk or issues.

Your boarding pass

Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology

Solid professional experience in the field

Rigorous and autonomous

Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information

Strong collaborative mind‑set

Leadership

Advanced level in French and English.

Technical expertise

Good knowledge on Service Now

Knowledge on Ctrl M will be appreciated

Knowledge on Version One and SAP is a plus

Functional expertise

Experience on application management

Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
