Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading Paris based AI SaaS company, widely recognised for its innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. Due to expansion, they are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Manager.

This role is suited to a candidate who is motivated to work in a fast paced startup environment, take ownership of growth initiatives, build broad commercial experience quickly, and contribute directly to the company’s expansion across France and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of growth initiatives across marketing and sales channels to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Maintain campaign performance dashboards tracking funnel conversion, acquisition performance, and marketing ROI.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts, revenue tracking reports, and performance analyses.

Contribute to go to market planning through segmentation analysis, buyer research, and campaign planning.

Execute inbound, outbound, and account based marketing campaigns using data driven approaches.

Work closely with Sales to improve lead generation quality and pipeline progression.

Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance and provide insight based recommendations.

Support market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.

Contribute to pricing analysis, campaign testing, and growth experiments under the guidance of senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or B2B SaaS marketing.

Strong analytical capability and comfort working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.

Data oriented mindset with an interest in performance marketing, funnel analysis, and growth experimentation.

Confident, motivated, ready to take the next step up in your career.

Comfortable working as an individual contributor in a fast moving environment.
