We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about casual games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation. Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline

Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components

Own game balancing, pace, feel

Always back up your ideas with available data points

Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics

Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc.

Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel

Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends

Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior

Proficiency in Unity a huge plus

Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software

Able to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a team

Profile

5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in casual mobile games

Experience in team coordination

Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to details

Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback

Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work

Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
