Assist with light development tasks, integrations, or debugging within the codebase
Serve as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Own and manage technical project timelines, coordinating sprint planning, task prioritization, and release cycles
Ensure team workflows and documentation align with SOC 2 compliance standards
Maintain structured documentation for features, systems, and deployment processes
Contribute to API design and documentation for external partner integrations
Identify and propose opportunities to leverage AI tools or automation for internal efficiency
Coordinate across distributed internal and external teams to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned
Communicate updates, risks, and blockers proactively to technical leadership

OR
Equivalent practical experience supported by technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Agile/Scrum, DevOps)
And ideally, you have:

Working knowledge of backend technologies (NestJS, Node.js, Laravel, PHP)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS-native infrastructure
Experience working in DevOps environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Docker, ECS)
Prior exposure to API development, integration, and documentation best practices
Understanding of how AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, ML APIs) can be applied to enhance internal workflows
Experience managing sprint cycles, development roadmaps, and coordinating technical project delivery using platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance frameworks, particularly related to documentation, deployment, and access control
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
