You will support the Country Manager in the daily management of the Executive Committee and in overseeing various strategic and operational projects. Your role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination, efficient communication, and high‑quality organisational support across the leadership team.
Main Responsibilities
Diary and Scheduling Management
Coordinate and manage the Country Manager’s complex calendars.
Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring optimal time allocation and prioritisation.
Executive Committee Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for information flow within the leadership team.
Ensure efficient circulation of documents and preparation of meeting materials.
Support the leadership team in monitoring strategic deadlines (committees, business reviews, presentations).
Project and Event Management
Organise and coordinate team meetings, seminars, and team‑building events.
Manage business travel logistics, including bookings and itineraries.
Prepare documents and presentations required for meetings and events (minutes, slide decks, etc.).
Coordinate the office relocation project, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Skills and Personal Qualities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multifaceted environment.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and strong respect for confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and rigorous organisational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency and interest in digital tools and IT systems.
Languages: Fluent French and English.
