We are looking for a

Lead the execution of events, exhibitions, and sponsorship partnerships to align with brand positioning and audience engagement.
Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, ensuring alignment with ATR’s objectives.
Drive internal brand advocacy by fostering employee understanding, belief in, and representation of the ATR brand.
Collaborate with other business functions to integrate branding efforts into every aspect of the customer journey.

Your Mission

About You
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in branding or a related role.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, delivering impactful branding initiatives.
Strategic mindset with the capability to align diverse activities under a unified brand vision.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize branding effectiveness.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience managing global branding campaigns, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional markets.
Experience in the aviation, transportation, or related industries is a strong plus.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives and manage relationships with global partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and creative branding solutions in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Votre mission
Développer et maintenir une image de marque forte qui reflète la mission, la vision et les valeurs d'ATR, avec la connexion, l'innovation, la sécurité et le développement durable comme piliers.
Favoriser la notoriété et la visibilité de la marque à l'échelle mondiale sur toutes les plateformes pertinentes afin de garantir la pertinence d'ATR auprès de son public cible.
Assurer la cohérence de la marque sur tous les points de contact internes et externes.
Définir et exécuter une stratégie de marque globale qui soutient les objectifs commerciaux.
Stimuler l'innovation dans les stratégies de marque numériques, en tirant parti des technologies émergentes pour amplifier la portée et l'engagement de la marque.
Créer des campagnes ciblées pour soutenir les lancements de produits, les entrées sur le marché et les objectifs promotionnels.
Piloter l'exécution d'événements, d'expositions et de partenariats de sponsoring afin de les aligner sur le positionnement de la marque et l'engagement du public.
Superviser les campagnes publicitaires sur différents canaux, notamment imprimés et numériques, en veillant à leur adéquation avec les objectifs d'ATR.
Promouvoir la marque en interne en favorisant la compréhension, la confiance et la représentation de la marque ATR par les employés.
Collaborer avec les autres fonctions de l'entreprise pour intégrer les efforts de marque à chaque étape du parcours client
A propos de vous
Formation supérieure en marketing, communication, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en branding ou dans un rôle connexe.
La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise.
Capacité avérée à diriger et à motiver des équipes, et à mener des initiatives de branding percutantes.
