Our client, a leading Paris based company recognised for its advanced AI SaaS solutions in the healthcare industry, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Head of Growth Marketing. This critical role is ideal for a candidate looking to take a step up in their career and make an impact by launching growth strategies that will significantly transform the healthcare technology landscape.

Job Role We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to support the business's commercial development as it scales in France and internationally. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will act as the commercial brain of the organisation, owning market understanding, sales forecasting GTM strategy, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end to end growth strategy across sales and marketing to drive predictable revenue.

Build and maintain sales forecasts, revenue models, and growth scenarios.

Design and steer go to market strategy by market segment and buyer type.

Use data to analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and challenge existing acquisition and sales processes.

Work directly with the CEO on pricing strategy, market entry priorities, and commercial planning.

Define marketing strategy and positioning to support growth objectives.

Oversee data driven campaigns across inbound, outbound, and ABM.

Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and inform decision making.

Work closely with Sales to optimise lead generation and pipeline quality.

Own market analysis, buyer research, and competitive positioning.

Feed market insights into product, sales strategy, and investor narrative.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Strong experience in healthcare, MedTech, or B2B SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to enterprise sales cycles.

Highly analytical and technically comfortable, able to work hands on with tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and commercial systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Stripe, Clay or similar).

Data driven mindset, comfortable working with dashboards, funnels, and performance metrics.

Comfortable building thought leadership presence, including professional use of LinkedIn.

Able to operate as an individual contributor in a fast moving environment, without formal management responsibilities.

Commercially assertive, able to challenge assumptions and influence decisions through evidence and insight.
