Screeb.app is a product experience platform used by companies like Orange, Doctolib, SNCF, Île-de-France Mobilités, Hellowork, Nissan, Renault and Pennylane. Screeb helps companies understand and optimize how users experience their products, including the growing layer of AI-powered features and agents. By combining session analysis, user feedback, in-product engagement and AI-powered insights, Screeb gives product teams the visibility they need to improve adoption, reduce friction and build better product experiences. We're a small, ambitious team in a pivotal moment, repositioning Screeb as a global Product Experience Platform including innovative features to Prioritize, Promote and Optimize AI experiences and going after large enterprise accounts. We're not looking for someone to sit in meetings and build decks. We need someone who gets things done: defines a plan, executes it, owns the results and uses AI as a force multiplier to move faster than teams twice our size. You'll work closely with Sales and Product, often from our Nantes office, in a hands-on, fast-moving environment where your impact will be visible from day one. HQ in Nantes What You’ll Do

As a

Growth Marketing Manager

at Screeb, you will play a strategic role in building and scaling our acquisition engine. Your primary mission: grow the volume of inbound demo requests and qualified leads generated through our website and global content engine. You will: Build and scale our organic acquisition engine

Design and execute our

SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy

(topics, landing pages, distribution, backlinks, optimization) Produce and scale

high-impact content

(reports, industry studies, guides, landing pages, lead magnets, Webinars, LinkedIn posts, blog posts) Run growth experiments and campaigns

Run

acquisition experiments

across channels to identify what works and scale repeatable opportunities, from idea to pipeline Plan, run and optimize

paid acquisition campaigns

(especially

LinkedIn Ads ) to generate qualified pipeline Use

paid distribution

to amplify key content and campaigns (reports, webinars, product launches…) Identify and scale

repeatable acquisition opportunities Spot relevant events in our industry to build partnerships Optimize top-of-funnel conversion

Own the visitor → lead → demo request conversion path and continuously improve it Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify what's working, what's not, and where to double down Collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure inbound leads match target ICP and feed back insights into content and campaigns Build scalable growth systems

Design and operate

automation workflows Contribute to

marketing ops setup

(CRM, tracking, attribution, automation) Leverage AI tools (Claude, etc.) to produce content at scale, you're not writing blog posts from scratch, you're orchestrating AI-assisted production pipelines to multiply output and speed. Work closely with Sales and Product

Maintain tight feedback loops with the Sales team Collaborate with Product to support feature launches and adoption campaigns Your tool stack will include tools like

HubSpot, Webflow, Ahrefs, Lemlist, Piwik, automation tools, enrichment tools, AI tools , and any other tools you believe are essential to build scalable growth systems. Your Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of experience

in Growth / Marketing / Inbound in a B2B SaaS environment Data-driven mindset

and ability to translate insights into action Strong interest in

SEO, content marketing and organic growth AI-native : you already use LLMs and AI tools daily in your work — not as a novelty, but as your default way to research, draft, iterate and ship content. You can show concrete examples. Solid understanding of

growth experimentation and acquisition funnels Entrepreneurial mindset,

you enjoy autonomy, ownership and building things from scratch Comfortable working in

fast-moving environments where priorities can evolve quickly Versatile and hands-on , able to switch between strategy and execution depending on what moves the needle Excellent project management and execution skills Native or bilingual French required

(most of our team and many of our customers operate in French) Bonus

Experience with

positioning, product marketing or pricing Ability to organize events and produce contents for existing customers Experience with

marketing ops / CRM / automation workflows Fluent in English (40% of our prospects & customers are international) What you’ll find at Screeb
