**Job title**: *Product Owner Equipment Digital Twins** *Location: Lyon/Gentilly** *Hiring Manager: Digital M&S PLO Global Engineering and Equipment Digital Twins** Own products from a "What", "Why" and “Outcome” perspective* Define, create, and communicate products roadmap aligned with business priorities and supported by business cases, shopfloor research and competitive analysis* Manage product delivery and documentation, ensuring requirements collection, process and solution documentation, and solution development meet defined milestones* Deliver products that are easy to adopt and use, contribute to roll-out across factories or launch teams and constantly monitor and improve usage and user satisfaction* Manage backlog prioritization of work and be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint while ensuring enough focus is put on experimenting breakthrough ideas* Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, clarifying context and expectations, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues* Inspire the team, raise the ambition and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible* 5+ years in product management or building complex digital solutions in manufacturing, industrial automation, or process engineering environments* Proven track record delivering digital twin, simulation, or virtualization solutions from concept to production* Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation in complex, international, matrix organizations* Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and partner relationships in multi-stakeholder environments* Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements in regulated industries (GxP, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)* Experience in biopharma, biotech, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments* Background in equipment qualification, commissioning, or technology transfer processes* Hands-on involvement in Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing initiatives* Experience with predictive maintenance, process optimization, or virtual commissioning projects**Simulation & Digital Twin Technologies**: Hands-on experience with advanced kinetic simulations, equipment digital twins, or digital shadows in industrial settings**Virtualization Platforms**: Practical knowledge of simulation solutions such as SIMIT, NX MCD (Mechatronics Concept Designer), PLC SIM Advanced, TIA Portal, or equivalent platforms**Functional Mock-up Units (FMU)**: Experience with FMU standards and their application in kinetic simulations and system integration**Agile & Lean Practices**: Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, User Experience (UX) design, and application design principles**Data & Integration**: Familiarity with industrial data architectures, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar protocols for equipment connectivity* Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems* Familiarity with AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance or process optimization* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for digital twin deployment* Experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) or process modeling tools* Exceptional ability to build, articulate, and evangelize a compelling product vision that inspires cross-functional teams* Strategic thinker who can balance long-term innovation with short-term business value delivery* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (engineers, operators, executives)* Experience working effectively across cultures in international/multinational environments* Proven ability to build consensus and drive decisions in matrix organizations with competing priorities* Public speaking experience at conferences or industry events is a plus* Demonstrated "get things done" mindset with a track record of delivering results in ambiguous, complex environments* Structured and organized approach to managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and parallel workstreams* Creative problem-solver who applies first principles thinking to overcome roadblocks* Strong business acumen with ability to build compelling business cases and ROI analyses* Curiosity-driven with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent scientific/technical field* 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital solutions, or engineering roles* Experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries preferred* Have successfully launched digital twin or simulation products that delivered measurable business impact* Can demonstrate deep understanding of both the technology stack AND the manufacturing operations it supports* Have experience navigating GxP-regulated environments while driving innovation* Thrive at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
