Partner with Solutions Architects and other internal stakeholders to manage customer implementations of Pigment, ensuring that customers understand the platform's value and attain a high level of adoption Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure all project contributors are aligned on progress and status Be accountable for internal reporting on project progress and escalation when required Respond to customer requests for project resources Anticipate risks and issues and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success Support Solution Architects through a collaborative project‑management approach, effective communication, and consistent processes Maintain customer relationships, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Pigment Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create passion and satisfaction for Pigment Develop deep product expertise and creativity to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap Participate in updating Pigment’s project‑management methodology Deliver inspiring presentations and trainings, providing insightful practices and structuring creative solutions Who You Are:

You have experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organisations Significant experience in project management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company Highly organized and detail‑oriented, ensuring deliverables and projects are completed on time Act as a leader and team member, supporting internal project team members in achieving their tasks with minimal disruption Serve as a mediator for stakeholders with conflicting requirements, helping create consensus to move toward shared goals and outcomes Build commitment and excitement within the project team, including external and internal contributors Lead by example, showcasing empathy and resilience when facing setbacks Display a growth mindset and constructive problem‑solving approach Have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, with a deep sense of empathy and dedication Experience preparing and delivering presentations to a senior audience Explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience Be a strategic thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, always‑on, highly ambiguous start‑up environment Adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs Meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision Speak French and English fluently Hold a BA/BS degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred) What We Offer:
