Production Supervisor

Manage teams of fabricators, welders, and technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

As a Production Supervisor at Ironis, you will lead and coordinate daily fabrication operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a team of skilled metalworkers, monitor workflow, and act as the bridge between management and production teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team.

Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.

Monitor quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Assign tasks, manage schedules, and track progress.

Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and management to meet client needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or metal fabrication.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of metalworking techniques, machinery, and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Analyze operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement systems that increase efficiency and maintain standards.
