Software Solution & Support Integration Engineer

Forsk is looking for a Software Solution & Support Integration Engineer,

As a member of our technical support team, you will:

Install, configure and update Atoll and Naos configurations for our customers

Deliver Atoll and Naos administration training to customers’ administrators

Participate in the technical support of our customers on system integration and database related questions

Work closely with project managers as well as our DevOps, R&D and pre-sales teams

Constantly evolving to integrate the latest technologies, our technical environment is made up of the following:

Windows and Linux environments

Application and server virtualisation (Citrix, VMWare)

API REST

The position is based in Toulouse and you will do regular short-term business trips around the world. You must be able to travel without visa or passport restrictions.

Requirements If you have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT engineering with a first experience with system and database administration, come and strengthen our team.

Excellent listening, communication and adaptability skills will make you successful in this position.

Fluent in English is necessary to enable you to communicate easily on complex technical topics with our worldwide customers.

Fluent French is also required.
