EMEA Recruitment is partnered with an international logistics business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Finance operations during a period of transition from their Paris HQ.

This role is ideal for a senior Finance leader with strong operational experience and the ability to stabilize teams, strengthen controls, and drive performance in a changing environment.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager:

Lead the French Finance function, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and strong governance

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial performance management

Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve margins, costing, and decision-making

Support integration and process harmonization across multiple business units

Mentor and develop a multi-site Finance team

Profile:

Senior Finance experience within logistics, transport, freight, or similar operational industries

Strong knowledge of French accounting and tax requirements

Experience in transformation, integration, or transitional leadership roles

Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills

Hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
