Senior Business Developer

With €15M+ GMV, our client is hiring their first Senior Account Executive (IndividualContributor), an “A-Player”to lead sales from strategy to close.

Responsibilities

To conquer the French, DACH, and Benelux markets and structure the sales processes that will fuel growth in the coming years.

Working alongside a pre-sales engineer, the position holder will lead 3- to 6-month sales cycles for strategic accounts. Here, the client is not looking for volume, but excellence

High-Level Acquisition (C-Level): Targeted mapping andprospecting ofdecision-makers (CFOs, Logistics Directors, Performance Directors) at major retailers and asset leasing companies.

Complex Audit & Sales: Understanding inventory valuation andlogisticschallenges to deliver a compelling net ROI and tailored strategy.

Closing & POC: Complete project management through signature and validation of the Proof of Concept (POC) before handover to the Key Account Manager (KAM).

Sales Architecture: Youdon'tjustexecute,you build improving tools (HubSpot,Lemlist), sales decks, and approach methods.

Required Skills

Min.3-5 years in complex B2B sales (SaaS, Marketplace, Supply Chain, or Logistics)

"Hunter" Mindset

ROI-focused; experienced in semi-complex sales cycles

Fluent English is essential (international context). German or Dutch is a game changer

Advanced mastery of modern prospecting tools and data-driven management (CRM)
