THE ROLE Within the Group AI Department, the Head of AI Solutions & Performance, reporting to the Vice President in charge of Artificial Intelligence, acts as the Group’s AI Tech Authority and operates the AI Control Tower. The role ensures end-to-end that AI projects become robust, compliant and scalable solutions, by securing technology choices, compliance, change enablement, and performance management (adoption, ROI) at scale.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Ensure the AI project success playbook (framing, value, tech, industrialization).

Define and support the Group AI delivery model to transform each initiative into a deployable, measurable and scalable solution

Implement a common value-gated framework across all AI projects and programs, ensuring continuous value tracking throughout the lifecycle

Structure and provide Go / Adjust / Stop decision criteria at each checkpoint, systematically integrating: expected value, risks, adoption, time-to-impact and scale readiness conditions

Operate the Group AI Control Tower

Operate the AI Control Tower with a consolidated view of all AI projects and programs across the Group

Define, standardize and track the key performance KPIs of AI initiatives: ROI, operational performance, adoption, quality, and costs (build & run)

Ensure cross-functional visibility and regular tracking of progress, costs and benefits, risks, adoption and performance

Detect early risks of deviation (costs, timelines, quality, adoption) and propose corrective actions

Provide governance and decision-making bodies with clear and actionable information

Ensure industrialization and technology consistency

Ensure the consistency of AI stacks at Group level

In coordination with IT, ensure the relevance and accuracy of AI technology choices (models, architectures, platforms, partners)

Work with IT to ensure solutions are designed from the start for scalability, maintainability and run (operations)

Work in close coordination with IT and technology partners, and secure the co-construction trajectories of technology and products with key partners

Support business and employee AI transformation (AI change enablement)

Manage AI change capabilities within strategic programs and across the Group

Support business teams in adopting AI solutions and evolving their processes

Contribute to increasing maturity of business teams and employees regarding AI usage

Anticipate human, organizational and operational challenges linked to AI deployment, and act as the key point of contact for training teams

Ensure Responsible AI and compliance

Ensure compliance with the Group’s Responsible AI principles

Drive AI compliance reviews through the AI Tech Authority, integrated into the project gating process

Ensure ethical, regulatory, security and data risks are identified and addressed from the design phase

Contribute to the deployment of a Responsible AI culture across teams

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Advanced AI expertise (GenAI & ML), with the ability to act as Group Tech Authority and challenge model, architecture and solution choices

Strong background in Data Science, Data Engineering and MLOps / LLMOps, ensuring robust, observable and production-grade solutions

Strong technical credibility with IT, data, product teams and partners to secure structuring technology decisions

Strong capability in AI performance management: model quality, drift, costs, adoption, ROI and time-to-impact

High standards regarding compliance and Responsible AI, embedded from the start in project design

Ability to structure and enforce AI standards and playbooks to reduce technical debt and accelerate scaling
