Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators’ e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach
Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Category, Product, Legal—to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth
Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in E‑commerce strategy, affiliate or analytical work.
Familiarity with TikTok, major affiliate programs, and E‑commerce platforms; experience in content‑driven e‑commerce is highly desirable.
Existing relationships with creators and talent agencies are a strong advantage.
Experience or understanding of live streaming is beneficial.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
