About the role
The LifeStyle Director leads all the guest activities (recreation) including Spa, Fitness, Mountains Activities, Master classes, KFAS, Teens Zone, Golf and retail of Four Seasons Resort Megeve. This position is part of the senior leadership team. This position reports to the General Manager based on the resort’s structure.
What you will do
Global
Builds a motivated and skilled team, leads by example and instils a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees; actively participates in Employee Relations activities and programmes
Actively plans and manages the career development of every employee through effective coaching, training and by instilling company values; is concerned for employees' continuous development and personal growth
Organizes and manages the department in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals; promotes harmony between departments
Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule
Demonstrates standards awareness, by setting example for standards execution, standards testing and implementing action plans to achieve established product and service goals
Prepares annual plans and forecasts, consistently monitors and manages budgetary goals
Maintains an organized administration of departmental and personnel records, including preparing shift planning and leave planning
Departmental
Make recommendations regarding the annual operating budget, capital investment budget, operating planning and further periodic evaluations of financial performance, including reports on sales and operations with supporting statistical data for all operating designated departments.
Review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments.
Keep supporting when needed the Spa Director, Rooms Director and Food & Beverage capacities.
Produce a monthly sales activity report for revenue generating areas and future action plan on sales activities for each respective area.
Spa & Fitness
Ensure Spa & Fitness operate in accordance to the direction of Wellness trends
Introduce new and innovative treatments, products, rituals and facials in order to continually enhance and develop the spa menu & fitness program.
Drive and ensure sales targets within revenue generating areas are met on a monthly basis as set in forecast and budget.
Drive the marketing and sales plan for SPA and fitness activities and promotions
Keep accurate and up-to‑date records and statistics on productivity, treatments, fitness and Golf, F&B Master classes, etc...
Golf
Host professional and amateur tournaments (e.g. Alpine Open, Pro-Am)
Toimplement sustainable practices in water management, biodiversity, energy efficiency, and community engagement, creating long-term environmental and economic value.
Position the course as a “Sustainable Alpine Golf Destination ”, linking golf with mountain ecology and wellness.
Highlight sustainability milestones in digital marketing, press releases, and guest experiences.
Lifestyle scope
Develop and implement the overall lifestyle strategy aligned with the property’s brand and positioning.
Innovate and curate unique guest experiences, including wellness programs, cultural events, recreational activities, and seasonal offerings.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
E xperience in a similar position in a high-end institute is required .
