Contexte du poste – Ingénieur Gestion des Exigences (RME)

Dans le cadre du programme Digital Train, l’Ingénieur Gestion des Exigences (RME) :

Est le garant de la baseline “As Sold”, et gère les éléments de configuration issus des baselines “As Required” et “As Specified” en matière de gestion des exigences. S’assure que la gestion du programme est réalisée conformément au processus et à la méthodologie globale de gestion des exigences (RM), afin que le produit livré respecte le périmètre du programme. Vérifie la qualité et la cohérence des données dans la base de données RM. Gère les évolutions et la configuration des exigences. Fournit le support et les formations nécessaires à l’équipe sur le processus RM, la méthodologie et les outils (comme DOORS) pour réaliser les activités demandées. Suit et rend compte de l’état des activités RM, gère la base de données RM et assiste les ingénieurs et autres responsables de périmètre dans leurs activités RM. Contribue au réseau des RME (Requirement Management Engineer).

Rôle complémentaire dans le programme Digital Train

Agit en tant qu’adjoint au chef de programme, en soutenant l’application du processus RM au quotidien. Soutient également l’application des missions de configuration de baseline et des processus de compromis (Trade Off). Maintient la traçabilité entre les exigences sources et les exigences fournisseurs (TPS), ainsi que les couches intermédiaires.

In the context of Digital Train Program, the Requirement Management Engineer (RME):

Is the guardian of the “As Sold” Baseline, manages the configuration items from the “As Required” & “As Specified” baselines regarding Requirements Management Ensures that the management of management of the program is performed as per the global Requirements Management (RM) process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the scope of work of the program Verifies the data quality & consistency in the RM database Manages the requirements changes & configuration Provide the necessary support and trainings to the team regarding RM process, methodology and tools (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process Monitors and reports on the status of RM activities, manages the RM database and helps engineers and other scope owners in their RM activities Contributes to RME (Requirement Management Engineer) Network In the context of Digital Train Program , acts as the deputy to the Program Manager, supporting the application of the RM process on a day-to-day basis. acts as the deputy to the Program Manager, supporting the application of the Configuration Baseline Missions & Trade Off processes on a day-to-day basis. maintains traceability from source requirements to supplier requirements (TPS) and the layers in between.
