Join the Inpeco team and innovate with us! Position

Your role will be cross-functional, encompassing pre-Sales and Sales activities, Product Management, Application support, and Project Management to support the deployment of Inpeco solutions with Direct customers and/or with IVD partners or Anatomical Pathology distributors. Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Sales Support: In collaboration with the Business Development Manager, provide support for presentations of Inpeco solutions during prospecting, sales, and after-sales phases. Technical Proposals: Lead the creation of technical proposals and quotation processes for public and private tenders in France, covering IT, application, and product specifications. Customer Ambassadorship: Represent Inpeco as a product ambassador and promote a comprehensive vision of laboratory automation. Technical Interaction: Interface with Direct clients on IT matters (DSI) and Scientific/Technical matters with Biologists or Pathologists. Market Growth: Develop market knowledge and present innovative software and hardware solutions to increase growth opportunities. Project Deployment: Support Customer Success and Service teams during key project implementations at client and partner sites. Training & Mentoring: Conduct high-quality professional training for clients and mentor local teams in French-speaking countries. Travel:

Availability for travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional travel to Belgium and Switzerland. Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills: Education: University degree in a scientific field. Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Laboratory environment. Sales Expertise: Proven experience in complex sales; ability to present IT solutions and focus on closing successful sales. Product Management: Experience in product management is considered a major asset. Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third European language is an asset. IT Proficiency: Ability to understand and interpret IT language and machine logs. Local Market Knowledge: Knowledge of French purchasing groups (RESAH, UGAP, UNIHA, UNICANCER) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong advisory skills for recommending IT and network solutions suited to laboratory needs. Other Information
