About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Carindale Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations

- Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives

- Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

- Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience

- Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines

- Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting

- Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You:

- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business

- Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures

- Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
