The Trailer Fees Operations team comprises six people within the Middle Office and Trailer Fees Operations department.

They are responsible for monitoring client operations in our OPCs and calculating rebates paid to our distributors.

As operational support for the distribution of Rothschild & Co Asset Management funds, the team contributes to the firm’s marketing process. Principales missions

Reallocate orders and reconcile distributors’ open positions. Set up and monitor distribution contracts and calculate rebates. Parameterise client and product conditions in our main tool and track updates. Reconcile fund liabilities with Euroclear data. Facilitate client subscription processes and account openings. Ensure proper centralisation of orders in blockchain and compliance with minimum subscription limits for transfer agents. Update product references (including centralisation in blockchain) to reflect changes in OPC characteristics (creation, merger, liquidation, management fees). Analyse quarterly provisioning reporting. The position involves frequent internal interactions (client services, sales, legal, accounting) and external contacts (distributors, centralisers, transfer agents).

Contributions to placement groups are encouraged, and the candidate will support the ongoing migration of the team’s primary tool, maintaining flexibility to switch tools as required until S2 2026. Profil

Candidate must hold a Bac+5 degree (university or business school) in Banking/Finance, possess a solid understanding of financial instruments and OPC operations, and have 5–10 years of similar experience in a asset management firm or asset servicership. Compétences requises

Teamwork and clear communication. Client focus. Rigour and attention to detail. Autonomy and responsiveness. Proficiency in Excel (Power BI a plus). Fluent English, written and spoken. Use of AI via Copilot. The role is available immediately.
