In few words:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will join our Incubator team and play a pivotal role in launching innovative products for new pathologies. As a member of our cross‑functional team of mobile, back‑end, and front‑end engineers, you will focus on our new psychiatry product.

You’ll be responsible for developing the practitioners dashboard, a core component of this new product. In addition, you’ll be a key contributor to our frontend guild, driving technical excellence and best practices across all engineering teams.

How does your job contribute to the success of the Resilience project?

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in developing and scaling our user‑facing applications that directly impact patients remote monitoring. You’ll work on a multidisciplinary team to create features that enhance psychiatrist decision‑making and patient support, such as dashboards for lab results, clinical alerts, and patient insights.

What’s your daily routine like?

Co‑design and implement front‑end features in React.js

Collaborate with cross‑functional squads (web, mobile, data, design, QA)

Participate in grooming, scoping, and rituals

Monitor production services and handle support issues

Review code and mentor team members

Drive continuous improvement and documentation

The cross‑functional team is made of 1 backend dev, 1 web dev, 1 multiplatform mobile dev, 1 QA, 1 designer, 1 PM. So it is quite a small team but really ambitious! Our goal is to make the solution financially sustainable and really become a groundbreaking actor for European psychiatrist.

Frontend Software Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust front‑end applications using modern frameworks like React.

Write clean, secure, and maintainable code that aligns with product and technical requirements.

Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, data, QA, and product teams to build and ship new features.

Project Ownership & Technical Leadership

Take ownership of complex front‑end features from concept to deployment, working alongside other engineers.

Lead technical scoping, breaking down user stories into clear tasks and milestones.

Participate in the deployment process and help monitor production services to ensure reliability and a seamless user experience.

Contribute to code reviews and team rituals to maintain high engineering standards and foster collective ownership.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement and documentation of our existing practices, tooling, and workflows throughout the different teams of the company.

System Design & Architecture

Contribute to the architecture of scalable, performant, and secure front‑end systems.

Enhance the technical stack by introducing relevant tools, libraries, and patterns to improve development efficiency and application performance.

Play a key role in the front‑end guild, helping to define long‑term engineering standards and best practices.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Investigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and usability challenges.

Improve observability (e.g., front‑end monitoring, analytics, and error tracking) to ensure a healthy and reliable user experience.

Continuously refine CI/CD workflows, test coverage, and the overall developer experience for the front‑end team.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Document front‑end design decisions to support team members and ensure long‑term maintainability.

Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, sharing knowledge through pairing, internal talks, and code reviews.

Contribute to the collective documentation of the front‑end guild, including guidelines, architectural decisions, tooling best practices and design system.
