People Operations Coordinator

to join our People & Culture team based in Paris.

This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our

Paris HQ

team, the People Operations Coordinator brings both strategic insight and hands‑on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast‑moving, and always evolving.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance‑driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with a people‑first mindset. They are collaborative, highly organized, and energized by building scalable People processes that elevate the employee experience across markets.

This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in‑person collaboration. The role reports to the HR & Global Talent Director.

Responsibilities Include:

Own global People Operations processes, including employee lifecycle management, data integrity, and HR administration across HQ and retail teams

Serve as global HRIS administrator for Rippling, ensuring accurate employee data, compliant workflows, and consistent usage across regions (France, US, Europe, UK)

Lead France HR Operations, including onboarding, contract management, payroll coordination, offboarding, and relationships with social institutions (mutuelle, prévoyance, retraite, occupational health)

Draft offer letters, manage structured onboarding journeys, and conduct 30‑day check‑ins to support strong employee integration and experience

Ensure compliance with French labor law by maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee representative obligations, and updating internal policies and the Employee Handbook

Own the annual training plan, including scheduling, OPCO administration, BPF reporting, and coordination of mandatory and regulatory training

Act as the People point of contact for Paris HQ, supporting culture, engagement initiatives, internal communications, and cross‑team connection moments

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Generalist, or HRIS-focused roles

Solid knowledge of French labor law, HR compliance, and payroll coordination

Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling strongly preferred) and HR data management

Experience managing or coordinating training plans, learning programs, or regulatory training is a plus

Fluent in French and English, with the ability to work confidently in a global environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service‑oriented and discreet approach to confidential matters
