Reporting System Administrator

Responsibilities
Administration of the Group financial reporting systems through the:
Preparation of the tools for the monthly, budget and business plan reporting: creation of the packages, consolidation tasks, update of exchange rates, new entities, etc.
Support to end‑users during closing: help understand and solve blocking controls.
Coordination with the hosting service provider to manage incidents (connection issues, …).
Analysis and implementation of evolution requests: change requests from Management Control, Treasury or Consolidation teams (creation of new accounts, IFRS rule implementation, …).
Development and implementation of training modules for end‑users (≈1400 users).
Animation of training for end‑users (face‑to‑face and online).
Implementation of continuous‑improvement processes and procedures.
Setting up and managing reporting department performance and quality indicators.
Participation in the tool upgrade project.
Supervision of trainees.
Contribution to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics.
Production of management‑control indicator reports such as Greenbook, Executive Committee presentations and ad‑hoc analyses; streamlining reporting and implementing efficiency improvements, including AI.
About You
Graduated with a Master’s degree from a Business School or major University.
Completed an internship in Management Control or financial information systems administration.
Strong interest in information systems, with solid finance and management‑control skills.
Transparent, rigorous, and willing to learn.
English is mandatory.
