About The Role We're seeking Conversation Quality Analysts to review AI-generated dialogues and conversations. You'll assess whether AI responses sound natural, are helpful, and flow well in context.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness and flow

Rate response quality on helpfulness, tone, and relevance

Identify awkward phrasing, irrelevant responses, or logical errors

Compare multiple conversation paths and rank by quality

Document your evaluations using structured rubrics

Who You Are

Strong reading comprehension and language instincts

Ability to judge whether conversation feels natural

Attention to detail and consistency in ratings

Comfortable working through large volumes of dialogue

No AI or linguistics background required
