Application Development Manager and Architecture - France

As an Application Development Manager And Architecture- you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and delivering all aspects of BVIs non ERP systems and data landscape. To lead an in-house team and if required, 3rd party technical partners, to deliver technical change across multiple technical projects of varying sizes concurrently, tracking and reporting on project status, monitoring and reporting on project risk and delivering change in accordance with agreed business cases, timescales and budgets ensuring any slippage is communicated and effectively managed. Responsibilities

Manages the development team in the delivery of all technicaldevelopment work relating to BVIs systems and data landscape. Acts as a technical architect for all technical development workrelating to BVIs systems and data landscape. Ensure that all technical development work is documented andmaintained in line with best practices of SDLC. Ensures that the existing BVIs systems and data landscape, remainsoperational 24/7. Mentors both team members and stakeholders in best practices andmodern technologies. Liaise with broader IT team and business leaders to develop andmaintain technology or data solutions to create business value. Liaise with Vendors in the development of solutions and support ofapplications and systems. Addressing employee relations issues, and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience of leading a number of concurrent development projects and programs in a fast-moving complex environment Demonstrable experiences and knowledge in the architecting and implementation of solutions utilizing Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform - Automate/Apps) Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the designing/architecting Datawarehouse solutions that integrate into enterprise-wide solutions (e.g. ERP, CRM, QMS, PLM etc.) using Boomi Demonstrable experience of vendor management (ERP, CRM, QMS, PLM etc.) Demonstrable experience of leading the full software delivery and project lifecycle in a compliance related industry Demonstrable experience of leading support teams in the operations support of application in a global 24/7 operational business Experience working with and manipulating technology like XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java and SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, JSON, APIs. Experience working with technologies like .NET programming languages such as VB.NET and C#, and SQL Server development using T-SQL 7+ years of experience as a technical lead or managing developers. 5+ years of experience with architecting and designing(architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new andcurrent systems.
