You will hold a strategic HR role, driving and developing HR processes that support performance, employee experience, and cultural alignment, while contributing to the "One Hitachi" dynamic within an international group.

This position is available on
a full‑time or part‑time
basis and requires
an in‑office presence
at our Champs‑Élysées office.
Purpose of the position
Participate in defining the HR strategy in France, in line with European objectives and standards, in a context of growth, restructuring and rapid change in the business, particularly in the IT sector. Lead and implement this strategy, structure HR processes, manage major HR cycles, ensure legal and social compliance, and strengthen the employee experience and corporate culture.
1. HR strategy and structuring
Define and implement global HR policy
Structure HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, talent management, careers, mobility)
Manage HR KPIs and produce dashboards for senior management
2. Recruitment & attractiveness
Build and manage recruitment strategies for our business lines
Conduct certain interviews and design differentiated candidate pathways
Develop the employer brand
Manage development with schools and other partners
3. Talent management & development
Define and implement the local talent management and development strategy, in line with the Group's frameworks and guidelines and in compliance with French regulations
Ensure the implementation and local adaptation of Group talent and development programmes
Structure career paths, forward‑looking management of jobs and skills (GPEC) and internal mobility
Oversee training and skills development initiatives
Support managers on human, organisational and performance issues
4. Remuneration & social policy
Deploy and manage the group's remuneration policy (fixed salaries, variable salaries, bonuses) at local level, adapting it to legal provisions, collective agreements and French market practices.
Manage employee benefits: mutual insurance/provident fund, benefits in kind, etc.
Ensure internal consistency and external attractiveness of packages
5. Legal monitoring & compliance
Ensure ongoing legal monitoring (Labour Code, legal obligations, CCN)
Ensure compliance with social, salary and contractual practices
6. Social relations
Manage relations with the CSE, prepare and even lead meetings
Manage consultation obligations, social documents, agreements
7. Culture & employee experience
Propose and lead internal initiatives to strengthen the corporate spirit, based on our values of Harmony, Sincerity and Pioneering Spirit
Measure engagement and propose improvement initiatives
8. Management
Supervise and support the direct team
Oversee and optimise the organisation of operational HR tasks
Qualifications
Required skills
Technical
Proficiency in French labour law
Generalist HR experience in complex issues
Proficiency in HR management and reporting tools
Recruitment of technical executive profiles
Fluent professional English
Knowledge of the CCN Métallurgie (French collective labour agreement for the metalworking industry) is a plus
Behavioural
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to structure and prioritise
Sense of confidentiality and business advice
Proactive
Experience & training
5 years of higher education in Human Resources, Social Law or equivalent
Minimum 5 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally in an IT services or IT environment
International experience is a plus

Interview stages
An initial video interview with the Human Resources Director (45 minutes)
A second face‑to‑face interview at the Paris office with the Managing Director for France (45 minutes)
