The Role
As our Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the national trade marketing strategy and budget for France, driving the creation and execution of Experience Marketing initiatives that elevate HOKA’s premium, performance‑driven brand presence at retail. You’ll collaborate with key account partners, align with domestic business objectives, and orchestrate a talented team to deliver high‑impact campaigns and activations. This is a leadership role where your creativity, commercial acumen, and passion for sports will shape the future of our brand in the French market.
Your Impact
Develop and execute seasonal trade Go‑To‑Market plans and tools in partnership with Territory Marketing and Commercial Teams
Drive the Paris Retail marketing and experience plan as a strategic flagship for the French market
Align and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns with key wholesale partners to secure visibility, conversion, and premium brand execution
Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks including tracking trade marketing spend, preparing executional plans and reports, arranging showroom materials, and leading a team of 5 Field Experience Reps and 1 Trade Marketing Manager
Host regular reviews with Sales and Field Support Teams, proposing corrective action plans as needed
Ensure all key trade activations have agreed KPIs and trackable measurements, with consistent ROI analysis
Build strong relationships with wholesale partners and commercial teams to influence decisions and secure long‑term brand presence
Deliver innovative, bespoke trade campaigns in line with commercial objectives, leveraging consumer insights and retailer feedback
Manage the local Paris showroom and host retailer teams at seasonal events
Communicate trade marketing successes internally and externally, sharing monthly field representative reports and ROI measurements

We Would Love To Hear From People With
Proven experience managing and developing high‑performing teams
Skilled in trade marketing, ideally within footwear / retail / sports / consumer industry
Proven experience of collaborating and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners
Commercially astute with deep market knowledge of the footwear landscape, including competitors, product, and consumer trends
Creative and innovative thinker, passionate about sports
