About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated
FP&A Analyst
to support the financial performance of our French business. Working closely with the
Finance Business Partner for France
and the local leadership team, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support.
This is a
hands-on role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders , offering the opportunity to contribute directly to business performance and to the continuous improvement of financial tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
Partner with the France Finance Business Partner on key financial topics, including:
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Profitability and margin analysis
Investment and business case analysis
Supporting and constructively challenging the local leadership team to drive financial performance in line with business objectives
Delivering clear, actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision‑making
Preparing high-quality management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
Participating in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving financial processes, automation, and reporting quality
Contributing to governance, control, and performance tracking across the French sub-region
Collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support business initiatives
Profile & experience
Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, or accounting, ideally within FMCG
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
Professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus
Strong experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in the drinks / beer industry is advantageous
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus
Willingness to travel between cluster headquarters on a regular basis
