Join Our Team as a Partner Production Manager – Shape Strategy, Drive Operational Excellence, and Lead with Impact!

As a Partner Production Manager, you will take an entrepreneurial lead in managing operational performance, driving strategic development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will guide the site’s long‑term direction, ensure productivity and quality excellence, and act as a key partner for both internal stakeholders and customers. Your leadership will strengthen operational health, guarantee compliance, and cultivate a proactive and inclusive work environment.

Your Impact – What You’ll Do

Entrepreneurial Leadership:

Take full responsibility for the operational health of the site, including profit and loss accountability .

Strategic Development:

Contribute to shaping the site’s operational strategy in alignment with the Lead Center(s), adapt plans to local market requirements, and drive execution to achieve strategic objectives.

Productivity & Quality Improvement:

Elevate productivity, quality, and manufacturing competitiveness through lean methodologies and targeted capital investments.

KPI Management:

Track and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set priorities, and make daily decisions regarding staffing, capital and operational expenditures, training needs, and cost optimization.

Customer & Market Engagement:

Ensure that customers are informed and supported regarding new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Health, Safety & Environment:

Ensure full compliance with internal and external HSE standards, coordinating and monitoring all related requirements.

Role Model Leadership:

Lead by example in accordance with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct. Develop employees, contribute to talent acquisition and management processes, and foster a proactive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications What You Bring – Your Skills & Experience

Strong operational background

in production, manufacturing, or plant management.

Financial responsibility , including budget management, cost control, and P&L ownership.

Lean and Continuous Improvement expertise , with hands‑on experience in Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methods.

KPI management and data analysis skills

to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Customer and supplier interface experience , especially for new product or process introduction.

Knowledge of HSE standards

and the ability to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Strong leadership , focused on talent development, team coaching, and building high‑performing teams.

Fluent in French and English
