Gudrun Sjödén Group Do you want to lead Gudrun Sjödén's first store in France! We're now hiring a full-time Store Manager for our upcoming Paris location! About the role As Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are hands-on, proactive and passionate about both people and visual storytelling. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing the store team Recruiting and training new staff Scheduling, follow-up on sales figures and budget responsibility Ensuring a visually appealing store aligned with our concept and values Collaborating closely with our Stockholm-based HQ to implement campaigns and initiatives Skills & Requirements We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience in retail management with staff responsibility, preferably in fashion or lifestyle Speaks fluent French and English (Swedish is a plus) Is results-driven, structured and has excellent customer service skills Has a creative eye for color, display and visual merchandising Shares our values of sustainability, inclusivity and quality We offer: A key role in establishing our brand in France The chance to build and lead your own store team from the ground up A meaningful, values-driven workplace with a strong design identity Close collaboration with our team in Sweden Full-time permanent employment with competitive salary Application Does this sound like your next adventure?
