Field Service Coordinator The position is permanent, with the preferred location in

Surgères , France, but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères.

What you will be doing As Field Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise field service projects, acting as a leading technical expert in the field, planning activities, and managing resources and schedules to meet customer requirements. Conduct field audits to assess service capabilities and operations, ensuring alignment with plans and customer expectations.

Provide expert technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Mentor and develop field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.

Manage communication between field locations and the company to ensure up‑to‑date shared awareness of activities, efficient coordination and decision making.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, sharing information, identifying and resolving customer needs, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Capture lessons learned from field locations to continuously improve activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the set guidelines and processes during field service activities. Complete needed reporting and administrative activities.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

Good experience and knowledge of field service practices and processes.

Proficient technical knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.

Established guidelines and professional knowledge to resolve operational issues.

Ability to identify, develop, and support modifications to current field service systems, tools, and processes.

Provision of market and operational insights.

Coordination, planning, and prioritization of activities of field service projects to ensure timely delivery.

Development and maintenance of ongoing positive internal/external relationships relevant to the field service area. Channels and shares information and knowledge to appropriate stakeholders.
