THE POSITION
Our International Operations Department is recruiting, on a 6-month fixed-term contract, a Client Services Officer.
As part of this opportunity, you will advise and support our clients by phone and email regarding their requests.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Relationship Management :
Handling client inquiries and advising them on their health insurance contracts, coverage, reimbursements, and all aspects related to the lifecycle of their policy (enrollment, endorsements, cancellations, contributions, etc.).
2. Administrative Management :
Contracts : Recording enrollments and terminations, processing contribution payments
Health claims: Entering reimbursements, preparing quotes, issuing guarantees of coverage. All in compliance with internal procedures.
Client files : Updating and modifying client records (contract details, address, bank details, etc.).
3. Customer Satisfaction :
Contributing to customer satisfaction through the quality of your responses, the accuracy of processing, and your contribution to achieving performance indicators.
There will be no prospecting or sales activities as part of this role.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2 equivalent), with or without prior experience in insurance, your personality is just as important to us.
The ideal candidate will be able to understand clients’ needs, handle a variety of situations, and work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for candidates who are fully bilingual in English and French.
You are methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization, and responsiveness on a daily basis. You are dynamic and bring enthusiasm to your work. You are committed to achieving set objectives in terms of quality, volume, and turnaround times.
