Conducteur de travaux TP (AUVERGNE) F/H VINCI, a division of VINCI CONSTRUCTION, is a leader in road equipment services, specialising in horizontal signage, vertical signage, way‑marking and restraint systems. The company carries out roughly 20,000 projects each year with 900 employees across seven regional offices.

As a Conducteur de travaux, you will be attached to the CENTRE EST agency and responsible for defining the necessary resources for the successful execution of the projects you win, overseeing their progress and ensuring full client settlement. You will act as the project’s conductor: participating in commercial activities, managing operations and sites, and generally contributing to the life of your regional centre.

Responsibilities

Define and allocate resources for project execution.

Supervise project progress and ensure delivery to client satisfaction.

Participate in commercial activities and maintain client relationships.

Manage site operations and team coordination.

Contribute to the overall functioning of the agency.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Public Works.

Minimum 3 years of experience in road equipment or Public Works.

Proven experience in project management.

Knowledge of local authorities is desirable.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
