Trainee will be supporting public bond offerings and private placement transactions for clients, assisting in deal execution, client communication and coordination with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities

Support executing debt issuance for clients (documentation, presentation, ESG labelling, market updated, logistics) Assist in preparing pitch books and presentation materials for prospective clients Support roadshow logistics and investor presentations, including Q&A preparation Respond to client requests and assist with ESG reporting and related documentation Actively coordinate with internal teams Support execution of private placement
