Squad lead Canopy Expo

Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS Within the Canopy Expo team, you join the Squad Leads team, composed of committed professionals. In this team, we are working on the management and optimization of an innovative application dedicated to risk mandate validation (Canopy Expo).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to :

Coordinate and plan the actions of internal and external resources to meet business needs;

Carry out complex diagnostics for new projects or to correct malfunctions;

Participate in the coherence and performance of the business information system;

Anticipate changes and their impacts on the information system;

Propose and contribute to the monitoring of the perimeter budget.

As a Squad Lead, you participate in the proper management of the Canopy Expo application (and associated applications), by dealing with functional or technical topics while ensuring the performance and optimization of these.

The position is based in Charenton le Pont and with us it’s 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on‑site services like catering, gym or corporate concierge. You master :

The agile methodology and associated tools (Jira, Xray, Confluence, etc.);

Project management and monitoring committee management;

Computer tools (e.g. SQL querying, application log reading, deployment process, etc.).

You are :

Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen;

Recognized for your strong team spirit;

Rigorous in your approach.

You master English with a B2 or even C1 level.
