Prepare preliminary studies (feasibility, diagnostics, opportunities, socio-economic studies) Manage and monitor technical, financial, administrative, legal, and land aspects Lead the development of programs and select project managers (if not internal), contractualize and oversee all service missions (fauna-flora inventory, impact study, geotechnical study, CT, CSPS AMO) Organize interventions, hold meetings with port agencies, liaise with port clients and local authorities, and manage administrative authorizations Prepare and monitor procedures for evolving work contracts and oversee their execution, support project managers and operators until delivery, commissioning, and warranty completion Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and partner and client constraints Participate in working groups on specific investment topics and lead related actions, coordinate service providers Promote technical policies and facilitate practice convergence between agencies Profile:

Engineering degree in BTP with experience in development or construction operations, or an experienced BTP project manager Proficiency in managing civil engineering and VRD projects Knowledge of environmental regulations or sustainable development Budget management skills Rigorous and organized Examples of projects:

New port constructions (Vitry-Les Ardoines: €10M) Port rehabilitations (Ivry-National Port: €6M) Creation of fluvial structures (passenger terminals, waiting zones for mariners) Salary:

€45K - €60K depending on profile (junior or experienced) over 13 months. Additional benefits:
