Responsibilities:

70% technical work, 30% management including coding, reviewing, and advising team members. You will be the reference and quality guarantor of the code, implementing best practices, providing technical guidance, critiques, and suggestions. You will be a key pillar, designing and implementing new features and product improvements. You will work closely with architects and product owners.

Profile Description:

You should have several years of development experience, at least 5 in Node.js, with good analytical skills, communication abilities, and some management experience (at least 2 years). Bonus if you have experience or interest in Go and Rust. You can be self-taught or from a traditional training background in IT.
