What You’ll Be Driving Define and execute France’s enterprise-wide data & analytics vision Lead and elevate master data governance across operational and analytical domains Deliver high-impact enterprise data products and performance reporting Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across the technology landscape Champion data quality, harmonisation and compliance at scale Partner with global and market leadership to unlock actionable performance insights Play a critical role in programme governance, testing cycles and successful market go-live

What We’re Looking For 8+ years leading Data, Analytics or BI within FMCG or large, complex global environments Proven experience owning enterprise data products and master data governance Strong grasp of commercial data models, architecture and transformation delivery Track record operating within large-scale change programmes Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology Strategic thinker with strong delivery discipline
